Nicholas Ainger MRICS, Managing Director
Nick built a successful Estate Agency chain in Bucks, Beds and Oxon before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor to degree level. Nick is a Licensed Domestic Energy Assessor and Home Inspector. He is also a qualified RICS ECO assessor. Nick has been delivering Energy Performance Certificates since the advent of EPCs in August 2007 and was one of the first firms in the country to be an accredited Green Deal Assessor Organisation.


Neil Bowles, Operations Manager
Neil worked in the residential sales and lettings industry prior to holding management roles within the financial sector for 14 years, both for Retail Banking and Pension Servicing. As Operations Manager, Neil focuses on managing each project, ensuring that it is delivered accurately and within the required timescale. Neil was one of the first to qualify as a Home Inspector and is also a Licensed Domestic Energy Assessor, Green Deal Advisor and On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor.





Garry Wolfe, Commercial Contracts Manager
Garry oversees our commercial contracts and compliance requirements and provides technical support and guidance to our field based team. Garry brings a wealth of experience having undertaken quality assurance audits for a number of government approved accreditation schemes and has carried out BRUKL compliance checks for commercial buildings. With nearly eight years’ experience working as Operations Manager for accreditation board ECMK ltd, Garry has an excellent track record in compliance and process management.



Matthew Brookner, Field Operations Manager 
Matt is a highly experienced member of our team with responsibility for supporting our field-based operatives across our wide portfolio of projects. He has conducted a huge number of surveys throughout his career to date and has an honours degree in Building Studies. Matt provides a seamless link between the field and office based staff ensuring that projects and day to day work are delivered on time and client expectations are fully met. 




Heather Noble, Key Account Manager
Heather manages LEAP, a free service providing important advice, support and energy saving measures to fuel poor and vulnerable households. Heather manages a team of 12, dealing with referrals to the LEAP service and scheduling appointments through a network of Home Energy Advisors nationwide. Heather has a deep understanding of how to arrange high volumes of home visits whilst maintaining excellent standards of customer service.
